RESERVATIONS
The user can make a reservation directly from the site www.hotelalize.eu, www.hotelalize.it, at the conditions and prices indicated on the site.
PAYMENT
The reservation is to be considered confirmed only through the communication of a valid and capacious credit card, or after receipt of the deposit transfer which amounts to 30% of the total amount. The balance of the consideration can be settled on site, deducting any deposit.
PRICES
The prices are calculated in Euros and include VAT, the treatment of stay chosen in the booking itself and any options requested. Rates do not include any tourist tax, which must be paid directly upon arrival at the hotel.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
To modify or cancel a reservation made online, it is necessary to promptly notify it, through the dedicated section on the modify / cancel reservation page, specifying the reservation code received by e-mail. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, of no-show "no show" on the established date and of changes to the reservation, a penalty will be applied to the extent indicated below: - 30% of the total price of the services requested at the time of booking and any subsequent changes, up to 30 days from the date of arrival. Hotel Club Alizé S.r.l. reserves, in full and unconditional freedom, to evaluate events that may justify the non-application of the penalty provided for by these general conditions, granting the issue of a voucher of the same amount as the deposit paid, which can be spent within one year from the date of receipt of the deposit, by booking a stay at Hotel Club Alizé Srl
BOOKING TRANSFER
The reservation holder who is unable to take advantage of the booked stay, can transfer his reservation to a third party who meets all the conditions required for the booked stay, after having informed Hotel Club Alizé S.r.l. by sending an email to [email protected], within 4 working days before the arrival date, indicating the general details of the transferee. The transferor and the transferee are jointly liable for the payment of the balance of the price, as well as for the additional expenses resulting from said transfer.
RESPONSIBILITY OF HOTEL CLUB ALIZE S.R.L AND OF THE USER
It is the intent of Hotel Club Alizé S.r.l. reassure the user that all the services provided in the booking are prepared with the utmost care. Hotel Club Alizé S.r.l. assumes all responsibility for any shortcomings occurred during the stay, in the event that the cause is attributable to a failure. In particular, Hotel Club Alizé S.r.l. will not be responsible for any service that is not expressly included in the contract. This excludes from liability, for example, any additional service provided directly by the hotel or by an external supplier, not indicated in the conditions of the offer and which has not been agreed upon at the time of booking.
The User undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law, morals, good habits and public order as well as the provisions of these General Terms and / or Conditions of stipulation. Consequently, it is forbidden to use the services with purposes or effects that are illicit and / or contrary to what is established in these Terms and / or General stipulation conditions, which are detrimental to the rights and / or interests of third parties or which may in any way cause damage to services, to Hotel Club Alizé Srl and / or its image.

PROTECTION OF TERMS AND / OR GENERAL CONDITIONS OF STIPULATION
If any of the clauses of these General Terms and / or Conditions of stipulation are declared null or ineffective, the remaining General Terms and / or Conditions will be kept according to the agreed terms. Hotel Club Alizé S.r.l. undertakes to replace the clause affected by nullity by approaching as far as possible the intention pursued initially by the parties.
